At Social Graces Foundation, our mission is to restore dignity, independence, and community to
seniors who deserve a safe, healthy, and joyful life. Founded by Paul and Marion, our vision
grew from witnessing the growing challenges faced by older adults—rising costs, limited
housing options, and a lack of supportive environments where seniors can truly thrive.
We believe that every person, regardless of income, deserves the opportunity to live with
comfort, respect, and companionship. Too many seniors are forced into isolation or unaffordable living situations. Social Graces Foundation exists to change that.
Our model brings together small communities of seniors who share resources, support one
another, and live independently within a peaceful natural setting. Each resident chooses their
home, their level of social engagement, and—if they wish—a compatible roommate. Duplexstyle housing provides privacy, while shared common and outdoor spaces create opportunities for
connection, recreation, and daily enjoyment.
Through combined resources, residents gain access to weekly shopping trips, transportation
services, and visits from approved healthcare professionals. Pets are welcome, caregivers are
part of daily life, and each individual remains in full control of their routine and lifestyle.
For less than $600 a month plus shared utilities, seniors can enjoy a sustainable,
community-centered alternative to traditional retirement living. Our communities look and feel
like ordinary rental properties—not institutions—because we believe home should always feel
like home.
